Capital Park Homes is located in Matandang Balara (Old Balara) or Commonwealth in Quezon City, Philippines. It can be accessible by public transport, such as jeeps and taxis. It’s a 26-minute drive away from the Philippine’s largest retail mall, SM City via Commonwealth Avenue; that’s around 9.7 kilometers away. But it’s nearer to the most prestigious school in the country, the University of the Philippines (UP), Diliman, which is only a 12-minute drive (around 4.7 km).

Likewise, Miriam College is just a 37-minute drive from Capital Park Homes, via C5 (8 km). Another school, Our Lady of Fatima College, is farther from the subdivision; you can reach it within 40 minutes by car (12 km) via Commonwealth Avenue. You may prefer going to school at the National College of Business and Arts (NCBA), if you’re into business management, which is a 33-minute drive by car (7.9 km). For a shorter commuter-time, Ateneo de Manila University is only 18 minutes away (5.4 km).

You don’t have to worry about your pre-school children. You can find two elementary schools near the community, namely: Del Pilar Elementary School is closest and only 10 minutes away (2.2 km), and Old Balara Elementary School is a bit farther; it’s 12-minute ride from the subdivision (2.7 km) via the Ayala Heights Drive.  

For hospitals, the Novaliches District Hospital is 13 kilometers away from the subdivision, and can be reached by car within 45 minutes. You can reach the Dr. Montano G. Ramos General Hospital in 29 minutes and is 9.3 kilometers away. If it’s a critical patient, you can rush him to the General Malvar Hospital, which is only 12 minutes via Capitol Hills (3.6 kilometers). 

For your shopping, rest and recreation, you can choose between SM City, North EDSA (12 km) or SM Fairview (13 km). They are both within 43 minutes away from Capitol Park Homes via Commonwealth Avenue. A shorter route coming from SM City is via Central Avenue, and then Commonwealth Avenue. It will take you 29 minutes to travel the 9.5 kilometers back to the subdivision. 

A closer alternative for shopping is the Ever Gotesco Mall, which is only 7 kilometers away – a 25-minute drive by car. Walking could take a shorter time, if you want some exercise. Trinoma, near SM City, is another commercial shopping center you may want to explore. It’s a one-stop mall, where you can buy almost everything you need. Also, the Jackman Plaza is 40 minutes away, in case you want to broaden your options. 

There are several places of worship that you can visit for your religious obligations; a few of them are: the Church of The Risen Lord, UP Campus is 28 minutes (9.8 km), via the C.P. Garcia Avenue, and the Bethany Baptist Church, which is 11 minutes by car (3.9 km). The Parish of the Holy Sacrifice is a 29-minute drive (9.7 km), via C.P. Garcia Avenue. The Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) temple at New Era is 24 minutes (6.1 km) away from the subdivision. You can travel through the Ayala Heights Drive to get there. There are other alternative routes that you can use. 

Of course, the travel time could be affected by many unexpected factors, so make the necessary adjustments in such situations. 

There are various thoroughfares that have access to whatever place you want to go in Metro Manila: banks, restaurants, schools, hospitals, churches and commercial establishments. You can readily travel by car, be it for emergency purposes, or for fun and leisure. The residential areas (within 10 minutes) near Capital Park Homes are Ayala Heights, Filinvest Homes, Vista Real Executive Village, Capitol Homes, Don Antonio Royale Estate, and Tivoli Royale.  Compared to other areas in the National Capitol Region, these areas are relatively safe neighborhoods that have registered lesser crimes within the recent years.
